Our Mission
Eaglebrook Church exists to
- Connect people to God and to others through weekly worship services, small groups and other gatherings. We strive to
- Empower people through Bible based training with the goal of releasing them into ministry. The people of Eaglebrook will have significant
- Impact locally through outreach and globally through missions support and participation.
Our Distinctives
Non-denominational
We are not affiliated with any specific denomination or church ecclesiastical structure. We are simply a part of a family of "Brook" churches that are mostly in the greater Milwaukee area, and southern Wisconsin. We are the "Brook" church in the Northwoods.
Non-charismatic / non-Pentecostal
Although we affirm that all the gifts are fully available as God sees fit, we also affirm that there is not one singular gift, or a group of gifts, that are the “sign” of being filled with or being fully empowered by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we do not emphasize the gifts of the Spirit, as much as desiring for our lives to reflect the fruit of the Spirit.
Scripture-based
The scriptures are the unfolding story of God’s redemptive plan, and as interpreted with Jesus as the focal point, the purpose, and the center… they lead us to Jesus, and give us insight as to how to live in Christ.
Value women at all levels of ministry
We hold to the interpretation of scripture that allows for women to serve at all levels of leadership within a church (pastors, elders, worship leaders, etc).

- Authenticity – we seek to create a safe and honest space to be real with God and others, where questions, doubts and failures can be shared.
- Participation – we affirm that every person is called to minister in some way, and our intent is to help equip and empower each person to actively participate
