Why Serve?
Serving is one of the most meaningful ways to grow in your faith and build community. The local church thrives because of the faithful service of volunteers who give their time, talents, and hearts to serve others.
As it says in 1 Peter 4:10, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
Volunteer Roles
Children’s Ministry (Eaglebrook Kids)
Help create a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment for our kids!
- Nursery Caregiver
Care for babies and toddlers (newborn–age 3) by playing, comforting, and showing them the love of Jesus.
- Teacher / Assistant Teacher
Lead or assist in teaching Bible-based lessons to kids age 4 through 6th grade using engaging stories, crafts, and activities.
- Setup/Teardown Team
Help decorate and organize classrooms with each new teaching series. This includes prepping visuals, props, and rearranging spaces.

Youth Ministry (Eaglebrook Students)
Invest in the next generation and help students explore their faith in real, relevant ways.
- Small Group Leader
Build relationships with students, guide small group discussions, and pray with them as they learn how to follow Jesus.
- Tech / Audio Volunteer
Help run sound, slides, and media during youth group gatherings. No experience needed — we’ll train you!

Worship Team
Use your gifts to help lead our congregation in worship on Sunday mornings.
- Musician / Vocalist
Join our worship team to play or sing during our Sunday services. A casual tryout is required.
- Audio/Visual
Team Help with sound, slides, live streaming, and lighting to support worship and teaching.
Usher Team
Be a warm and friendly face for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Greet attendees as they arrive
- Distribute bulletins and assist with seating
- Help track church attendance
Prayer Team
Come alongside others in prayer and seek God together as a church family.
- Be available to pray with people during or after services
- Attend regular prayer gatherings
Building & Grounds
Keep our church building and property looking great and functioning well.
- Help with cleaning and light maintenance
- Plant flowers, decorate for events, and assist with seasonal upkeep
Hospitality Team
Create a welcoming atmosphere through food and hospitality.
- Make and set up coffee and beverages before service
- Set out and organize snacks for the congregation to enjoy

Training & Requirements
- Children’s and Youth Ministry Volunteers
Must complete a background check and attend quarterly training sessions to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for kids and teens.
- All Adult Volunteers
We host an annual training event to provide updates, answer questions, and equip you for effective ministry.
