The God Who Wants To Be Known

So many things can easily become a substitute for God. Many of us distance ourselves from God because of our shame or guilt. We feel unworthy or unlovable. Others, who desire a deeper connection to God, attempt to fill that void through all kinds of religious activity, thinking that will get them closer to God. But even church can become a substitute for God.  But God longs for a real relationship with us.
