You can more easily spot a fake when you are constantly in contact with the truth.

Counterfeits are intended to deceive… to cause someone to pay a price without getting any real value in return.

But eventually, the counterfeits are exposed for what they are… a cheap, knockoff imitation of the real thing. The long term effects however can be disastrous… some, life altering.
