Keys imply something that is “essential,” for without a key, whatever lies beyond is just a mystery.

In each of these scenarios, there is the key, the key giver, and the key recipient.

As we move to the next event in the life of Jesus, we see this very dynamic unfold for us. And the keys… are the keys to the kingdom.
