We’ve all had something, somewhere in our lives that did not work the way it is supposed to. It's frustrating, and when that happens, they are no more than dust collectors, in spite of all their capacity.

In the same way, due to the "fall," this creation, and human beings do not "work" the way we are supposed to. We are broken. But Jesus came to repair that, and what once was dead, is now alive, working the way it is supposed to. James reminds us of that truth in our teaching today!
