  We’ve all had those moments in our lives where you hit a rough patch.  And certainly, some of those are self-inflicted where you are just dealing with consequences.  But in most cases… those moments come from outside of ourselves.  Other people hurt us or betray us in some way.  A financial or health crisis occurs suddenly.  A major life decision is imminent.  All those and more require a step back to breath… and to ask God for His wisdom on how to live during those days. We just want to know how to respond… what decision to make… and we need peace in the midst of chaos.  And it’s hard enough when you only have to go through that once in your life.  But quite often… another season arises… the circumstances different this time… but the same feeling resurfaces… here I am again. 

   The reality is this… the need for God’s wisdom … His presence… His heart… is just as important this time as it was the last time.  Don’t give up … or become cynical or complacent.  Those only compound the problem.  Reach out for God’s wisdom today.  We will be discussing that at our outdoor service this Sunday, August 4^th, at Torpy Park in Minocqua.
